All Connecting Rods come with ARP 2000 rod bolts fitted. Please Note: Sometimes the small ends require a lick with a hone to set the pin clearance, as pin sizes do vary ever so slightly. All pin to bush clearances should be checked and set before assembling depending on the application of the engine. Clearances should never just be assumed. 2014 Mercedes C-Class RECALLED for steering fault
Tue, 14 Oct 2014The 2014 Mercedes C-Class is being recalled for a steering fault The new Mercedes C-Class only started to arrive in the UK this year, but Mercedes is already having to recall 8,146 UK cars after a steering fault became apparent. The problem is with the steering column coupling lock which may have been fitted incorrectly. If your car is affected you’d normally find the steering getting noisy, but even if it isn’t displaying and obvious signs Mercedes still want to check it out.

Tue, 06 Dec 2011Subaru BRZ Turbo - which should be good for 300bhp Subaru in the US has confirmed that they are planning to build a turbo version of the new Boxer engine in the BRZ to create the Subaru BRZ Turbo. Finally, after promises that it was on its way for what seems like ever, we saw the arrival of the production versions of the Subaru BRZ and Toyota FT-86 at Tokyo (which had a small name change and arrive as the GT86). But what was a disappointment was that despite Subaru saying the BRZ would come with ‘less than 300bhp’, it actually came with almost exactly the same power as the GT 86 – a much less enticing 200bhp.
